We have a 30 day Return Policy.  BlemBoard.com is committed to you being fully satisfied with your purchase.  If, for any reason, you would like to return any unused product, please follow these guidelines:

• Items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
• Products must be in the condition in which you received them and in the original box and/or packaging, with any original tags fully attached.
• Contact us for a Return Authorization number.
• No refunds or exchanges without a valid RMA#.
• Send the unused product back to us insured for the full value (FedEx, UPS, or USPS traceable only).
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Upon inspection of returned product, BlemBoard.com, at its discretion, will issue a full or partial refund less the original shipping charges.

Customer pays price difference and new shipping costs on exchanged merchandise.

Blemished inventory, also known as B grade or factory seconds, is a new, unused product that has a cosmetic error. These cosmetic errors come from the manufacturer and do not affect the structural integrity of the product. That means it will perform, excite, and satisfy to the same extent as an A grade model.

Examples of B grade defects:

• Faded piece of graphic
• Graphic not perfectly aligned on the product
• Misprinted sizing
• 99% of the graphic transferred, missing 1%.

Oftentimes these cosmetic errors are unnoticeable without a trained eye. Meaning that side by side with an A grade model the difference is indistinguishable.

Full manufacturer warranty applies to all B grade models as the structural integrity of the product has not been compromised.

All products purchased from BlemBoard.com carry the full manufacturer’s warranty unless sold as a “no warranty” item. In the event that the manufacturer is no longer in business, BlemBoard.com will review your warranty claim and, at our discretion, help to provide an equitable solution. All warranty claims may only be made by the purchaser on record. Our policy is to replace all warranty/defective product and/or products. No refunds will be given on warranty claims.
